Rajeev Shah joined the Cooper Family Office with over 15 years of investment experience. He is a fundamental investor who has experience investing in publicly traded securities, private equity, and manager selection. He has invested across the capital structure (high yield, converts, and equity) and across different investment strategies (private equity, thematic long/short, short-bias, and event-oriented). Most recently, he was at PAAMCO Prisma, a $30 bn AUM fund of funds where he helped manage a portfolio of direct and co-investment securities and lead allocations to event driven hedge funds. He previously worked at Paulson & Co, Soundpost Partners, Tremblant Capital, MSD Capital (the family office of Michael Dell), and General Atlantic. He started his career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Co. He has a bachelor's degree in engineering and a bachelor's degree from Wharton (as a graduate of the Management & Technology Program) at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard.

Ari Gordon joined the Cooper Family Office as an analyst.  Ari also works with the investment team to assess macro issues.  Her research focuses on monetary policy and its impact on technology and other sectors in support of tail-risk management.
